Rain of Light

Witnessed in Beacon Hill Park in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

In many photographic situations I prefer flat light that comes with cloudy days. I was not disappointed when I walked through the park in an on-again-off-again drizzle. Adding a slight camera movement turned the drizzle into a rain of light.
